R&D capabilities to evaluate material, determine optimum laser machining parameters: wavelength, energy and pulse duration, machining approach, post-processing cleaning, dimensional accuracy and repeatability, packaging requirements, price evaluation for small and high volumes. LLTI has a wide range of laser systems including CO2, YAG systems operating at 1.06um, 532nm and 355nm, and range of UV Excimer systems. LLTI has a range of inspection equipment including optical microscopes, SEM, laser surface profilometer and automated inspection systems with sub-micron accuracy.

Our laser machining systems are built with flexibility in mind. Production equipment can be easily configured for new applications with minimal changeover time. A combination of galvo system and high precision stages allow automated machining of large production runs with minimal operator intervention.

Micro machining systems are equipped with vision systems for automated skewing and referencing to fiducial marks.

We design, build and integrate pick-and-place, reel-to-reel and other types of handling systems for cost efficient production.
